On Saturday, January 19, 2008, The Robertson County Fair was named the First Runner Up AAA Division Fair at the Tennessee Association of Fairs 86th Annual Convention.  All Agricultural Fairs in Tennessee are visited and judged by officials from the TAF each year.  The Robertson County Fair is one of 59 fairs in Tennessee that compete in three divisions, A, AA, and AAA.  Fairs are divided according to the county's population, and Robertson County is placed in the largest category competing against fairs such as Wilson County Fair, Cumberland County Fair, Mid East Regional Fair, etc...

Accepting the Award for the fair board was Miss Kaeli Jo Wells, 2007 Robertson County Fairest of the Fair winner.  Board Members attending the Awards Banquet were:  Carol Justice, Laurie Duffer, Chad Gregory, Henry Dean, Joe Tate, Trent Cobb, Mike Baggett, and Mike Ramsey.

The Robertson County Fair was awarded the AAA Division Most Improved Fair at the Tennessee Association of Fairs 88th Annual Convention in January 2011. This award comes as a tribute to the men and women in our coomunity that assisted in the clean-up efforts after the May 2010 floods. We were not the only fairgrounds devestated by the massive flooding, but we were the only fairgrounds that were back to normal operations in just days. We were able to have the Farmer's Market as scheduled thanks to the countless hours of many volunteers that assisted. By convention time in January 2011 several faris were still dealing with damage and trying to figure out how to overcome such a tremendous obstacle.

Board members attending the Awards Banquet were: Chad Gregory, Henry Dean, James Marshall, Trent Cobb, Celeste Armstrong, Carol Justice, Mike Baggett, Mike Ramsey, Laurie Murphy
