Rental Information Fair Booth, Building and Property Rental Information Building Rental RED BUILDING - Our main building has one large room and two small breakout rooms. The building has male and female restrooms, a small kitchen and is heated and now AIR CONDITIONED. The breakout rooms are air conditioned separately for independent control. This building has been used for: wedding receptions, parties, wrestling, dances, banquets, seminars, religious gatherings, auctions, tool sales and serves as a meeting place for some civic groups. WHITE BUILDING - Our smaller building is heated and offers male and female restrooms. This building is more rustic than the other and has been used for auctions, tool sales, small flea market and a youth athletic center. This building is currently rented until August 2012 and and is unavailabe for rental. LIVESTOCK PAVILLION - One of two open air expos to fit your rental needs. This building is equipped with electrical outlets and water outlets. The property would be great for a family reunion, group picnic, large yard sale, flea market or farmers market. Easy access can be gained to the Greenway. This building currently house the Robertson County Farmers' Market on Saturday's from May through October. CENTURY STAGE - Our newest open air expo building. This building contains a 12' deep by 40' wide stage, complete with backstage area, stage lights, on stage 50 amp electrical connection for all your sound needs, house lighting, and house ceiling fans. This facility currently does not have an in house sound system, renter must provide audio equipment, if needed. This building is used for pageants, concerts, and various other entertainment uses.
