Exhibitor points will be tallied electronically and
the results posted by 3:00 P.M., Saturday, August 30 at the Fair Office.
- YOU MUST HAVE AN EXHIBITOR NUMBER TO ENTER -
Rules for points for exhibitor awards:
1 point for each entry.
15 points for each 1st place award.
10 points for each 2nd place award.
5 points for each 3rd place award.
Class I-Adult Division (club or group basis)
Rules:
1. Organized clubs and groups who meet on a regular basis qualify.
2. To be considered for placing, the total group points must meet
a minimum as follows:
1st-700 points minimum
2nd-600 points minimum
3rd-500 points minimum
4th-400 points minimum
5th-300 points minimum
If minimum point requirements are not met, premiums will not be
awarded.
3. Points must come from adult club members.
4. In the case of Robertson County FCE Clubs-membership is
based on current paid dues. Other clubs or groups who wish to
participate should submit a list of club membership to the Fair Office by
Sunday, August 24.
Premiums: 1st-$100, 2nd-$75, 3rd-$50, 4th-$25, 5th-$15
Lot 1 Large Group
Lot 2 Small Group
Class II-Youth Division (individual basis)
Rules:
1. Must be a current member of 4-H, FFA, or FCCLA in Robertson County.
2. To be considered for placings, the total number of points must
meet a minimum as follows.
1st-200 points minimum
2nd-175 points minimum
3rd-150 points minimum
4th-125 points minimum
5th-100 points minimum
3. If minimum of point requirements are not met, premiums will not
be awarded.
4. Only one entry per lot.
5. Points from all departments and lots may be counted but only
one time.
Premiums: 1st-$75, 2nd-$50, 3rd-$25, 4th-$15, 5th-$10
Lot 1 Champion Livestock/Agriculture -Grades 4-6 (must include
livestock/ag entries)
Lot 2 Champion Livestock/Agriculture -Grades 7-8 (must include livestock/ag
entries)
Lot 3 Champion Livestock/Agriculture -Grades9-12 (must include livestock/ag
entries)
Lot 4 Champion Home Economics -Grades 4-6 (must include home ec
entries)
Lot 5 Champion Home Economics -Grades 7-8 (must include home ec
entries)
Lot 6 Champion Home Economics -Grades 9-12 (must include home ec
entries)
