How do I enter the parade?
There is NO application process for the parade. Line up will begin at
3:30pm at the intersection of Willow Street and Hill Street. You may NOT
throw gum, candy or other prizes to spectators. If you are caught doing
so you will be removed from the parade route and cited for littering and
fined up to $500.00 by local authorities. Commercial parade entries are
limited to ONE vehicle. The Parade Committee and Fair Association reserves
the right to not allow a float, vehicle or entry to enter the parade for
safety or other reasons. Refer to the fair catalog for full list of rules.

Where can I find beauty pageant
information?
The Fairest of The Fair Junior and Senior Division Contest will be held
SATURDAY, AUGUST 23, 2008 at the Livestock Pavilion on the Fair Grounds. The
contest is open to legal Robertson County residents only. Proof of age
and address may be requested. For additional information please call Celeste
Armstrong - Chairperson at 615-382-1493. Applications available in the Bargain
Browser, on this web site, and at the Hair Studio on Willow Street. Refer to the fair catalog
for full list of rules. The catalog will be available in early August
and will be enclosed in the Bargain Browser. Please email any questions.
The Baby Show will be held Saturday morning at 9:00 A.M. at the Livestock

at the Fair ?
Please email your request or call 615-382-1007. Emails will be answered
within 24 hours excluding fair week. Phone messages will be returned within

How do I enter the Demo Derby?
For questions please call Joe Tate - Chairman at 615-384-1144. Refer to
the fair catalog for full list of rules. The catalog will be available

How do I enter and exhibit ?
All fair exhibitors will need an "Exhibitor Number".
Exhibit numbers will be used on entry cards, not names and or
addresses. Please note you will NOT NEED a number if one was issued to you last
year. Refer to the fair catalog for full list of rules. The catalog will
be available in August 2008 and will be enclosed in the Bargain Browser.
